hey peeps,
i just semi fitted my new dash but i'm abit confused how the air vents fit in?
The dash holes for vents are just a straight through cut hole, but the air vent bezels have 3 'pokey out bits', do you need to buy special bezels for custom dashes or was it sposed to have 3 channels cut out in the holes? I thought about chizling it out but thought i'd check here before wrecking my dash!

Dashes I've had have always had a cut out of one kind or another, seems a bit off that you wouldn't have anything. My rover dash has like a little run cut into the dash so you put them in and turn them a little and then screw the front bit on, and the after market dash on my old mini had big cut outs that you pushed the vent all the way though and secured it with the ring, with the tabs behind the dash

Unscrew the round bezel.
Push the vents through the dash from the back and screw the bezel back on...
