Hi wanted to no if a charcoal filter can be removed from the car all together as i have broken the pipe off were it comes through the mudguard are can they still be bought

Mine isn't connected to anything as last time the car was a on a rolling road the tester just ripped all the vacum pipes out. I keep meaning to remove it but always forget.
