998 Engine and box wanted

I need a good,no smoking,no rattling,no knocking rod change 998 engine and manual box to fit an 84 Mayfair.Pref in the West Midlands but prepared to travel a reasonable distance.Please no tat, i have already bought one unseen and it has a knock (suspect piston) and have neither the time or patience to rebuild.(for sale if anyone wants to hear it running) Prefer a Verto clutch type as i already have a new one.An unleaded head would be nice or even a stage1.
